Women's Empowerment Leadership Development
Mercy Foundation’s W.E.L.D. Program—Women Empowerment, Leadership, and Development—exists to equip women with the tools and support they need to thrive in every area of life. From career readiness and entrepreneurship to emotional wellness and financial literacy, W.E.L.D. creates spaces where women can grow, learn, and lead.
We believe that when women rise, entire communities rise with them. That’s why our program focuses not only on personal growth, but also on connection—bringing women together to share experiences, learn from one another, and create networks of empowerment that ripple across generations.
